Our long family tradition
began more than a century ago, back in 1912.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Right in the very heart of Modena, a young ex\ndelicatessen shop boy named Telesforo Fini, who loved good food and little daily treats, founded a familyrun\nshop selling specialities that very quickly would make his name and his products famous throughout the\nworld.\n

DELICIOUS FOOD UNDER THE PORTICOS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The quality of the shop\u2019s products and the great skills of his wife Giuditta, a a cook and pasta artisan at the\nrestaurant next door, led to a priceless recipe book. In the pantry \u201cunder the portico\u201d they also sold the\nfamily\u2019s balsamic vinegar, produced in their vinegar factory. Their daughter Giulietta became passionate\nabout the process and it is she who refined and studied, providing the basis for the current recipe\nguidelines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

An essential tradition and a source of pride are also represented by by the incredible wooden barrels dating back\nto the 1700s which we proudly conserve in our vinegar factory.<\/p>

Every phase of the production process is scrupulously managed ,with attention to detail, from the raw\nmaterials, selected and checked in our modern laboratories , to the packaging.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Day after day our precious legacy is renewed whilst respecting the environment, the production process is\nbecoming increasingly sustainable by reducing consumption, using waste recovery and clean energy\ngenerated from our solar panels.
