Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberry Coulis and Drops of Fini Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

Ingredients

  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon extract)
  • 8 g gelatin sheets
  • 200 g fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for the coulis)
  • Fini Classic Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

PREPARATION

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the cream with sugar and vanilla. When hot, add the squeezed gelatin and stir.
  3. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Blend the strawberries with sugar to make the coulis.
  5. Unmold the panna cotta, add the coulis, and decorate with drops of Fini Classic Glaze.
