Salad with Pear, Walnut, and Fini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3 Seals

Ingredients
- 2 ripe but firm pears
- 100 g mixed salad (arugula, lamb’s lettuce, radicchio)
- 80 g walnut kernels
- 60 g shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons Fini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3 Seals
PREPARATION
- Wash and dry the salad.
- Slice the pears thinly, keeping the skin.
- In a large bowl, combine salad, pears, walnuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
- Season with oil, salt, pepper, and Fini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3 Seals.
- Mix gently and serve immediately.
