Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm pears
  • 100 g mixed salad (arugula, lamb’s lettuce, radicchio)
  • 80 g walnut kernels
  • 60 g shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Fini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3 Seals

PREPARATION

  1. Wash and dry the salad.
  2. Slice the pears thinly, keeping the skin.
  3. In a large bowl, combine salad, pears, walnuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
  4. Season with oil, salt, pepper, and Fini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3 Seals.
  5. Mix gently and serve immediately.
