- 4 slices of rustic bread (Tuscan or whole grain)
- 200 g brie cheese
- 2 ripe but firm peaches
- 40 g shelled walnuts
- Fresh mint leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Fini Peach Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
PREPARATION
- Slice the peaches and grill them on a hot griddle for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Toast the bread until crispy.
- Place sliced brie on the warm bread to soften slightly.
- Add grilled peaches, chopped walnuts, and mint leaves.
- Finish with a drizzle of oil and drops of Fini Peach Glaze for an irresistible sweet-sour contrast.
- Serve immediately as a gourmet appetizer or light main dish.
