Ingredients
- 8 slices of rustic bread
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g mozzarella fiordilatte
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste
- Fini Organic Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
PREPARATION
- Toast the bread slices on a grill or in the oven.
- Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Top the bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Add a basil leaf to each.
- Drizzle with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of Fini Organic Glaze.
- Serve warm.
