Ingredients

  • 8 slices of rustic bread
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g mozzarella fiordilatte
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste
  • Fini Organic Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

PREPARATION

  1. Toast the bread slices on a grill or in the oven.
  2. Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. Top the bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella.
  4. Add a basil leaf to each.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of Fini Organic Glaze.
  6. Serve warm.
