Our range of products include Balsamic Vinegars of Modena PGI, Wine Vinegars and glazes. Raw materials are carefully selected and carefully mixed by our skilled cellarmen bringing the traditional taste of Modena to your table.

Our products are presented in a characteristic octagonal glass bottle with matching label: this shape is inspired by the particular geometry of the Torre di San Geminiano, the bell tower of the cathedral of Modena, further strengthening the bond of our products to its territory of origin.

3 SEALS

Carefully blended by our expert cellarmen, this essence enhances the characteristic aromas of typical grapes and antique wood: roundness, balance, sweet sourness. Nuances, contrasts and references to an ancient tradition for a product that is continually contemporary and suitable for every occasion.

Its slightly fluid consistency is delicious with every type of dish but it’s best with second courses and used in the preparation of sauces and fondues.

The brilliant colours of the vineyards in the province of Modena, the warm tones of the fine wood, the warmth of familiar and really authentic cuisine and the aroma of typical recipes takes you back in time. The original taste of a delicacy that is appreciated all over the world.

With an intense aroma, obtained by aging for over three years, and a strong and alluring taste, it’s ideal with fresh fruit, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and ice cream.

5 SEALS ORGANIC

Organic grapes harvested at their prime ripeness when they are at their sweetest, cooked selected musts, wine vinegar and vinegar which has been aged at least ten years are all mixed together and then refined in fine wooden containers. All the traditions of Modena and its lands in your own home.

A taste that ignites every sense, syrupy and full-bodied, with an unmistakable aroma, recommended with a single ingredient it is also perfect for incomparable finger food.

Chefs all over the world use reduced Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to garnish and decorate their most refined dishes. We have created an exclusive glaze, containing 60% Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, allowing you to maintain the same taste and decorate every of your dishes with creativity and a touch of uniqueness.

With the squeezable bottle and exclusive non-drip cap you can create decorations worthy of the best kitchens.

Full-bodied, velvety and practical, it is perfect for enhancing the flavour of vegetable, meat and fish dishes. Finger-licking good on ice-cream or fresh fruit.

TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA DOP "INVECCHIATO"

100% cooked must from typical Modena grapes matured for at least twelve years in barrels of different fine wood.

 

Its taste reminds us of the unmistakable sun kissed Modena grapes, the scent of the undulating earth and the changing of the seasons: the vitality of Summer, the sweet lethargy of Winter, the warmth of Spring and the calmness of Autumn.

To feel the embrace of an entire land, the careful preparation of decanting, the meticulous choice of woods and lastly the explosion of taste after the wait.

Dense, penetrating and almost sweet and sour. It’s excellent with fresh fruit and vegetables enhancing their flavour.

TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA DOP "EXTRAVECCHIO"

100% cooked must from typical Modena grapes. Matured for at least 25 years in barrels of different quality woods.

The selection of musts, the open-vessel cooking, the resting period in specifically crafted barrels using materials designed in every detail and then delicately decanted from one barrel to another, repeated year after year, for 25 years of waiting and constantly monitoring the refilling year on year. You will discover all this when you taste our aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP.

Dark, enveloping, syrupy and robust, a perfect combination with fruit in particular with strawberries, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, hazelnut and walnut flavoured ice-cream.
